Organization by Status Pipeline
The simplest organization method is status. Every item flows through a pipeline: Wishlist > Ordered > QC Received > Approved > Shipped to Warehouse > In Warehouse > Shipped Internationally > In Transit > Delivered. Each stage is a filter you can apply to your cssbuy spreadsheet.
When you open your sheet, the first thing you want to know is: what needs my attention today? Filter by Status = QC Received and you see every item waiting for your approval. Filter by Status = Ordered and you see items that might need a follow-up message. Status is your daily to-do list.
Organization by Haul or Month
If you buy multiple times per month, create a tab for each haul. Name tabs with dates: "Haul_2026_05_15." The main tab pulls totals from every haul tab so your overall spending stays visible while individual hauls stay clean.
Month-based tabs work well for casual buyers. One tab per month, rows for items, and a year-end summary that adds every month together. At tax time, resellers love this structure because income and expenses are already organized chronologically.

Visit Main Store — Buy It NowOrganization by Priority and Urgency
Add a Priority column with values High, Medium, and Low. High priority items are gifts with deadlines or limited-stock drops. Medium is your normal wishlist. Low is items you will buy if a sale happens.
Combine Priority with Days Waiting. An item that is High Priority and has been waiting twelve days gets your immediate attention. An item that is Low Priority and waiting five days can wait longer. Smart sorting prevents panic while keeping deadlines visible.
